By using pikeandprairie.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site. These terms are between you and Pike & Prairie Realty LLC, licensed in Wisconsin (“Pike & Prairie”).

What the Site is

The Site lets you search for homes in Southeast Wisconsin, save listings and searches, request alerts, and contact Katy McCray for real estate services. Listing data is provided by Metro MLS under license and is believed reliable but is not guaranteed. The disclaimer that appears with listing data on the Site governs use of that data. Listings may change or be withdrawn at any time. Always verify property details with your agent before making decisions.

No agency relationship

Use of the Site, including creating an account, saving searches, saving homes, requesting information, or submitting an inquiry, does not create a real estate agency, brokerage, or client relationship between you and Pike & Prairie. A real estate agency relationship is created only by a written representation agreement signed by both parties.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Don't use the Site to harvest data, scrape listings, or impersonate other people.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not currently send SMS messages. If we add text alerts in the future, opt-in will be collected through a clearly-marked checkbox, consent will not be a condition of any service, and you will be able to opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by disabling text alerts in your account. Real estate disclaimer

Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of the value, condition, or availability of any property. Pike & Prairie does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Property valuations shared through the Site are estimates only and are not appraisals.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, copy, and original photography are owned by Pike & Prairie or its licensors. Listing photos and details are owned by the listing brokers and Metro MLS. You may not copy, distribute, or republish content from the Site without permission.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to pikeandprairie@gmail.com that includes: (1) an identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (2) the URL or location of the material on the Site; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pike & Prairie disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any third-party content shown on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Wisconsin.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
